These terms apply when you use rizz.bd and order from Rizz. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Rizz is an online store operating in Bangladesh. Every product on the site is sold by Rizz.

Orders

  1. An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a sale when we confirm it, usually by phone, SMS or email.
  2. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, the details look wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you owe nothing.
  3. Please give a correct name, phone number and full address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by wrong details.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
  • The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.
  • We try to keep prices accurate. If a price is clearly a mistake, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm or cancel.
  • Offer prices are valid only until the end date shown.

Delivery

  • We ship through trusted couriers across Bangladesh.
  • The delivery estimate on the product page is a guide, not a promise. Weather, holidays and courier delays can add time.
  • Please keep your phone on. The courier will call before delivery.
  • If you refuse or do not collect a parcel without a valid reason, we may limit future cash on delivery orders.

Product information

We do our best to show accurate photos, colours and specifications. Small differences caused by screens, lighting or manufacturer updates can happen.

Reviews

Reviews are checked before they appear. We may remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product.

Using the site

  • Browse, shop and review honestly.
  • Do not try to break, scrape or overload the site.
  • Do not use another person's details to place orders.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under Bangladeshi consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
