This page explains what information Rizz (rizz.bd) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it simple and collect only what we need to deliver your order.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you ordered.
  • Account details: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.
  • Reviews: the rating and comment you choose to write.
  • Basic technical data: your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not collect card numbers. Payment is cash on delivery.

How we use it

  • To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your order.
  • To contact you about your order by phone, SMS or email.
  • To handle returns, replacements and warranty requests.
  • To prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
  • To improve the site and the products we stock.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, with:

  • Couriers, so they can deliver your parcel (your name, phone number and address).
  • Service providers that run our website, such as hosting, security checks and email or SMS delivery.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads. We use the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta's Conversions API from our server. They share the pages you view, the products you add or buy and your order total. When you order or sign in, the email, phone number, name and district are turned into one-way codes (hashed) before they are sent, so Meta can match them to an account but cannot read them.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and similar storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms from attacks. We also use Meta's advertising cookies (_fbp and _fbc) and a random visitor id (rizz_vid) to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Your browser also stores your cart and, if you choose, your delivery details so you can check out faster. You can clear this in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, warranty, accounting and legal reasons. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Message us on Facebook or Instagram with your order number or the phone number you used. We may keep records we are legally required to keep.

Security

Your data is stored on protected servers and accessed only by the Rizz team. No online service is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
